Individual pre-mediation interview to assess for suitability before offering Family Dispute Resolution (FDR), answer any questions you may have, explain and prepare you for the mediation process.

$1100 per party for half day 

Half Day (up to 4 hours)

$1650 per party for full day  

Full Day (up to 8 hours)

$110 per party, per additional hour

Online or in person dispute resolution session

Additional costs for room hire apply for in person session

$110 per party, per hour for additional Parenting Plan session and review.

Issue of section 60I certificate, which may be required before applying for parenting orders in Court.
